Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Booking and Contract Conclusion By submitting a booking through our booking system (e.g., Smoobu), a binding rental agreement is formed between you (the guest) and us as private hosts.

2. Payment The total amount for bookings made via this website is due immediately upon reservation. Your booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received.

3. No Cancellation / Withdrawal Excluded Please note that cancellations or refunds are not possible for bookings made through this website. As we rent privately and rely on binding planning, withdrawal from the rental agreement is excluded. Regulations on third-party platforms may differ.

4. Arrival and Departure Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 9:00 a.m.

5. Use of the Accommodation The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of guests stated at the time of booking. Pets and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted.

6. Liability The tenant is liable for any damage caused by them to the accommodation or its furnishings. Please treat our property with care – we do the same. Should something break, please inform us promptly so that the next guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay.

7. Severability Clause If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Legal Notice (Impressum) Information according to § 5 TMG Home address:
