Family-friendly design – holidays with children made easy

Anyone traveling with small children knows that even packing the car is a challenge. That's why we provide many things on-site to help you set off and arrive at the Baltic Sea more relaxed: a fixed crib in the children's room that can be easily converted into a toddler bed with a safety rail. Additionally, there's a travel cot that can be set up in either the bedroom or the children's room, a highchair, a changing table with a mat, a baby bathtub, a stool for easier teeth brushing, and children's tableware. We also have a safety rail for the larger bed, a high-quality combination stroller (Hartan) with a car seat and buggy function, a practical, foldable wagon, a beach tent, and beach toys. Children's books for almost every age, LEGO, board games, art supplies – and even a small ride-on digger – are also available. The house itself is also family-friendly: color-coded elevators help children find their way around, and there's a large playground right on the grounds. For rainy days: an indoor play center with bouncy castles and a large play area is just five minutes away.

Children's room with a system for mobile working by the sea - playing, sleeping and working

We will be renovating the small, separate children's room at the end of 2025. Afterwards, it will offer everything that guests of all ages need: a bunk bed (140x200 cm) with safe access and another bed underneath (90x140 cm) that can be used flexibly – as a proper crib or for older children as a comfortable bed with or without a safety rail. A small play area with storage space for books, LEGO, art supplies, and toys provides entertainment and a cozy atmosphere – whether on rainy days or for a relaxing break. The integrated workspace with a desk also creates an ideal retreat for parents who want to work during their stay. Close the door, turn on the laptop and Wi-Fi – and data privacy is guaranteed. This easily transforms the children's room into a quiet home office.
